Brand / Graphic Designer
Part-time · Remote
You'll define how Earthflix looks and feels — from the platform UI to social content to pitch decks. This isn't about making things pretty. It's about building a visual language for a movement.

What you'll do
- ●Own Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging channels
- ●Develop content calendar aligned with film releases and partnerships
- ●Manage community engagement across filmmakers, impact leaders, and founders
- ●Grow curated audience — not vanity metrics
- ●Analyse performance and refine strategy
- ●Coordinate with Studio, Partnerships, and Founding 100 campaigns

You create short-form content that feels cinematic, intelligent, and culturally relevant — from reels and founder storytelling to filmmaker highlights, behind-the-scenes cultural pieces, and impact explainers.
What you'll do
- ●Develop short-form narrative scripts
- ●Shoot or assemble cinematic social content
- ●Work closely with the Social Media Manager
- ●Maintain the Earthflix visual language across all outputs

Impact Filmmaker / Director

We are curating filmmakers whose work moves people emotionally, connects inner transformation with planetary change, and entertains without numbing. This is not open submission — this is curated collaboration.
What you'll do
- ●Create documentary, adventure, or culture-driven films
- ●Collaborate with the Earthflix Studio on impact storytelling
- ●Work within ethical distribution and brand funding pathways
- ●Contribute to long-term ecosystem positioning and cultural credibility

Cinematic Editor (Impact & Culture)

You shape emotion in the edit. You understand rhythm, silence, pacing, and restraint. We are not looking for high-volume YouTube cuts — we are looking for documentary craft, narrative intelligence, and subtle storytelling.
What you'll do
- ●Edit short-form and long-form impact content
- ●Work with filmmakers and the Earthflix Studio
- ●Maintain Earthflix tonal consistency across all edits
- ●Deliver high-end cinematic outputs
Who we're looking for

Executive Assistant to Founder
Part-time · Remote (South Africa preferred)
The founder is building a streaming platform, a production studio, an impact funding ecosystem, and strategic brand and NGO partnerships. This role protects strategic clarity. You are calm under complexity, discreet, and two steps ahead.
What you'll do
- ●Founder schedule and priority management
- ●Partnership coordination and stakeholder management
- ●Investor and advisory follow-ups
- ●Internal systems and light operational oversight
